Base frames for pumps and accessories
The base frame for water pumps is one of main Meccanica Cremonini’s solutions to be integrated in your irrigation systems. The production includes different models of base frames and accessories manufactured in compliance with high technological and quality standards that guarantee durability.
Standard base frame with adjustable slides
The are made of steel sized to the workload they have to sustain. The structures have versatile set up systems, able to support every kind of pump and /or generator that is started through PTO (Power take off).
They can be equipped with an arm for sustaining the suction hose that can be rotate manually and a winch with handled clutch.
For further needs the base frames can have a hydraulic cylinder and winch for rotating the arm and lifting the whole suction system. So the operator doesn’t get off the tractor.
Standard set up of the mobile irrigation systems
They are designed for being used with any kind of tractor, facilitating the installation of pumps that work directly through PTO (Power take off).
This ductile system includes in the standard set up:
- Robust steel base frame for water pump with adjustable slides, arm with winch and clutch, rope and clamps
- Pump with multiplier to be used in every type of system
- Transmission shaft (cardan) designed for ensuring the continuous transmission between motor and pump
- Suction flange with spheric joint (Ferrari, Anfor, Bauer or Perrot)
- Delivery flange with sluice valve or wafer valve and elastic joint (Ferrari, Anfor, Bauer or Perrot)
- Manual priming pump, PAM type for filling the suction hose
- Suction system composed by rubber hose with spheric joints and clamps and steel hose with footvalve sied according to the distance of the plant from th water source
