Meccanica Cremonini’s motor pump sets can be mounted either on fixed or mobile systems, working at low and high pressure efficiently.
Our systems are excellent for the irrigation thanks to their impeccable reliability, high efficiency and low impact on consumption. They can also be used in other sectors maintaining the same quality and high performance.
Features and customisation
The motor pump set are equipped with:
- Air or water cooled diesel engine
- Several types of centrifugal pumps: with horizontal axle for water feed, with bare shaft for slurry and manure delivery and with self priming pump for drainage or dirty water
- Pump for oil extraction installed on the engine
- Electric start through the battery
- Battery box covered by a safe canopy
- Panel of control and protection, there are different models, and they can be used manually or through gps signal
- Elastic coupling between the engine and the pump
- Silent Block for reducing the vibrations among the engine, the pump and the frame
- Adjustable feet for ensuring optimal stability
- Sturdy steel fixed frame with feet or on wheels equipped with axles and drawbar with eye hole for towing
Our motor pump sets can be customised to satisfy all our clients’ specific need thanks to a wide range of accessories, and they can be Open, Silent and Super Silent.
OPTIONAL
CANOPY AND PROTECTION
- Simply canopy (OPEN): metal structure made of bent sheets with lateral protection grids that can be removed
- Canopy on the engine (SILENT): partial soundproof canopy built with bent metal sheets and internal sound-absorbing sponge lining
- Canopy for engine and pump (SUPER SILENT): total soundproof canopy to reduce the sound emissions
PUMP FILLING
- PAM Pump: manual device for filling the pump suction hose and equipped with spiral hose and joints
- PLUTO primer: device for fast filling pump suction hose through Venturi system and using the pressure produced by the exhausted gas. It is completed with spiral hose
- Electro pump: self-priming pump, model ECC 12/20 with lateral channel for transferring the liquids during the suction. It is equipped with spiral hose and joints
- Lifting system: trellis with adjustable arm for supporting and lifting the suction hose, click manual winch
HOSE LIFTING SYSTEM
- Trellis with suction hose supporter: equipped with a mobile arm, and manual winch with friction for facilitating the transport and the lifting of the hose
- Electric winch: winch with electric engine at 12 Volt-0.7 Kw, button board and steel cable, maximum capacity 450 Kg
DELIVERY ACCESSORIES
- Adjustable goose-neck: installed at the place of the delivery flange, completed with wafer sluice valve, delivery hose for sprinkler and female spheric joint without delivery
- Adjustable gooseneck with sprinkler: installed at the place of the delivery flange, completed with wafer sluice valve, delivery hose for sprinkler and female spheric joint
SUCTION ACCESSORIES
- Suction DN flange: with male Ferrari galvanised spheric joint
- Suction system: made of 2 m. long rubber hose, spheric joints and clamps and 2 m. long steel pipe with foot valve
ACCESSORIES
- Light system: rear lights and indicators for nocturnal road transport
- Control panel: to manage the motor pump set with alarm and gsm signal
- Control panel: to manage the motor pump set and to regulate the water pressure with alarm and with/without gsm signal
- Linear actuator with regular run VAR 140 to accelerate the engine
- Work light: nocturnal and adjustable
- Clutch: centrifugal clutch with simple ring for engine up to 128 HP and with double ring for engine up to 238 hp. The clutch is used for automatic engagement and disengagement of the pump during the phases of acceleration and deceleration
